7.50 (good) Pokemon is one of the most popular shows in Japan and America. This is obviously for kids, but it's one of the best kids shows ever in my opinion. I loved it so much when I was younger. X3

Prince of Tennis

Last Updated: Jun 07, 2013

8.25 (good) I think making an anime out of tennis was a great idea. It has motivated me to play tennis so much. Before I watched it, I thought tennis was just another boring sport but Prince of Tennis changed that. The art is excellent. The characters look Japanese and each player is easily distinguishable. Their skills in tennis are also incredible and unbelievable shot (though sometimes unrealistic). Well, the main character may be a bit arrogant but he gets along well with his teammates.

8.25 (good) A story of a young and tragic love based on William Shakesphere’s play. Such a romantic short anime, the artwork is very beautiful. <33 All characters are awesome, especially Juliet. It is still rare to see a strong main female character in anime world. The plot is interesting. Though the ending is quite predictable, a little rushed, it is still a great anime. You MUST give this a try! =D

8.75 (very good) It's a great short anime and it ended great too. I wish it was longer because I wanted to see more battles. The characters are standard but likable. The animation is smooth, the lighting is amazing and, the musics are awesome, especially the background music, it suits the show perfectly. The opening and ending themes are nice too. My favorite thing about this show is how the three main characters hated each other at the beginning and they tried to run away from each other, but situations always brought them back together. This anime is a show for everyone. If you enjoy anime, this is one you can't miss.

Shugo Chara

Last Updated: Jun 07, 2013

5.00 (moderate) Shugo chara... I'd recommend it to ages under 15 or for those who love Tokyo Mew Mew, Mermaid Melody, and all girly transformation anime. I'm not a fan of magical girl series and this show is too girly and childish for my liking. I don't hate this show, I just did not enjoy watching this anime at all. The storyline isn't very interesting and I find most of the characters are boring. The animation, character designs, and scenery are good though. The characters' transformation scenes are also pleasant to look at.

Sket Dance

Last Updated: Jun 06, 2013

8.75 (very good) If you are looking for a funny anime than you need to watch Sket Dance, though there are also the sad moments. No anime, has ever made me laugh so often. I really love it, I'm pretty new to this anime but it has become my new favorite. The characters are funny, likable, and silly. I laugh every time I watch this anime. The storyline is simple, but that's a good thing if you want to relax and just watch a hilarious anime.

Slam Dunk

Last Updated: May 08, 2013

10.00 (excellent) This series is hilarious. I never really like basketball and I'm not really fond of watching anime (I usually read the manga) until I watched one of slam dunk episodes. I don't know how I can love this anime so much. Slam Dunk is probably the best basketball anime I've ever watched. The story is very well presented, the characters are unique and interesting. <3

8.00 (good) The main characters and animation are awesome. The storyline is also very well done and impressive for an RPG adaptation. I recommend it! This anime has only 20+ episodes so it won't take much of your time watching this.

Tamako Market

Last Updated: May 08, 2013

6.50 (above average) The only reason I watched this anime is because it's awesome animation and cute character designs. This anime reminds me of Hyouka (the main character's personalities and appearance are very similar) and K-ON! I really love the first ending theme song. Hm.. I'm not a fan of daily-life story so I only watched the first 8 episodes and stopped because I got bored. ^^;

7.75 (good) It's s good fantasy anime with awesome animation and art, especially the outfits and landscapes. The character designs are also really nice. The storyline is pretty good, the battle scenes are amazing, and it has a nice ending (a bit too fast but okay). I enjoyed watching their adventure overall. :3

The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi

Last Updated: Jun 10, 2013

4.75 (moderate) In my honest opinion, this anime is not as great as people may seem to think because I can't say I enjoyed watching this anime. .__. This isn't worth my time and honestly I still don't understand why so many people like it. The story is so weird and the main character (Haruhi) is so annoying, she doesn’t even deserve all of the attention she is getting. The plot isn't all that interesting too. But besides that, the other characters were very likable, plus the art and animation are awesome.

Tokyo Mew Mew

Last Updated: Jun 09, 2013

5.75 (average) Well, this anime is too girly for my liking, kinda reminds me of Sailor Moon because of their similar magic attacks. The plot is really simple. I watched it I was 10 and I loved this show that time, so I think the plot must be very interesting for a ten-year-old girl. The characters are cute, their costumes and transformations are cute and colorful too. The music is very standard, nothing really remarkable or memorable.

Toradora!

Last Updated: Jun 04, 2013

8.50 (very good) I don't usually watch the romantic comedy genre of things but I enjoyed Toradora very much. People who are looking for a cute and love anime, this is the perfect show for you. I found that the story is unique, it starts nice and slowly. The attraction between Taiga and Ryuuji is what kept me watching because smiled much when watching this anime. XD Hm.. the animation is colorful and the characters are mostly well drawn and designed. I think the most attractive character is Taiga, who looks incredibly cute with her small body and thick brown hair. <3

Ultra Maniac

Last Updated: Jun 10, 2013

6.75 (above average) It’s not one of the best though quite entertaining. I like the romance and friendship elements in this show. So basically, the story is about a girl and her transfer student friend, who is actually a magic girl from the Magic Kingdom. The animation and art style are average for TV anime. The characters are decent but they are pretty good looking. Just don’t expect too much, but overall its a good watch.

Vampire Knight

Last Updated: May 08, 2013

5.00 (moderate) People say this anime has a romantic story but, I don't feel the romance at all. Its just not my thing. I dropped the anime after about 3 episodes then I read the first chapter of the manga, which was a little better but I still found it so boring. This anime reminds me of Twilight, LOL! The main character is unbelievably lame and mediocre. I love the mangaka's art though, especially the details on the clothing and backgrounds. <3

Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters

Seen: partially

Last Updated: Jun 09, 2013

4.50 (moderate) I'm not really into cards (especially Yu-Gi-Oh cards). This anime is mostly about cards and how to get more cards, it tries to make Yu-Gi-Oh (which is supposed to be a fun card game for kids and teens) a somewhat very serious game. I just didn't enjoy this series at all ^^;; The animation and art are very poor, the plot isn't all that interesting as well. I have also read the manga, but it really isn't much better. One thing is good about this series is the monsters are creatively drawn.

Yuu Yuu Hakusho

Last Updated: Jun 10, 2013

6.75 (above average) Honestly, is a so-so series. Since I first saw this anime, I was never interested in it because of the way the anime characters were drawn. So much fighting, the scenes are repeated quite often, and the animation is really nothing special. The characters of this series are thoroughly likable though. Well, some people may enjoy it, it quite a good anime to pass the time. C=
